2000 Students form Peace Sign in Gatineau

On Thursday Nov 19 at 9h30, 2000 students of the Bois Joli, Odysee, Escalade schools walked to the Nicolas-Gatineau secondary school and formed a giant "Peace Symbol", while singing Batucada. Later that afternoon at 2h00, 800-900 students of three other schools walked and formed a giant Peace Sign with songs and the release of doves.

More than 9000 students of Gatineau region Draveurs School Board will participate in activities of the World March for Peace and Nonviolence over the next few days for "Canada World March Days".
